Catherine Hustad, MSN, RN, FNP-C
Hickory Valley Clinic
Catherine Hustad is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who specializes in Primary Care. Prior to becoming an FNP in 2016, she obtained RN experience in home care and hospital settings. She also worked for many years in the Emergency Department. Catherine completed both her BS and MS degrees in Nursing at Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee, and holds National Certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Catherine is passionate about lifestyle medicine and helping her patients achieve optimal wellness.
Christy Dicus, CCMA
Christy has worked as a CNA for nearly twenty years and has worked as a medical assistant and phlebotomist for over four years. Christy has experience working at various medical practices, including pediatrics, family medicine, urgent care, and general practices.
Jason Holritz, FNP-C
Jason Holritz is an FNP seeing patients with both acute and chronic conditions. As well as becoming an FNP in 2017, Jason holds his master's degree in Theology and has earned his National Certification with AANP. He has worked in ministry and high education and is very passionate about education his patients to be in better control of their health and wellness. He continuously dedicates himself to their wellbeing every day.
Doritia Delaine, RMA

Doritia is a 2014 graduate of Virginia College. Doritia has over six years of experience in the medical field, working in both pediatrics and family medicine. Her love for helping people is what inspired her to become a medical assistant.
Jen Brooks, PA-C
Jen started with a life-long desire to enter the medical field in 2004. She began her career as a CT/X-ray technologist. After ten years of success in the field of radiology, Jen decided it was time for a move into a career that would be more impactful on the lives of her patients. Jen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University, where she received her MS in Physician Assistant Studies.
Grace Adeniji-Ileseanmi, FNP-BC

Grace is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with sixteen years of experience in the medical profession. Grace received her Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2005 and 2012 respectively. Her scope of practice encompasses disease prevention, health coaching, and management of acute and chronic health problems. Grace's philosophy of prarctice is empowering the patient through education and motivation to live a healthy lifestyle.
